National Pharaohs Society, Inc., also known as the Pharaohs Society, is a tax-exempt nonprofit corporation organized as a social club under Section 501(c)(7) of the Internal Revenue Code. As such, we must meet a number of requirements for tax-exempt status imposed by the Internal Revenue Service.
IRS EXEMPTION REQUIREMENTS
Our programs, activities, events, and initiatives are primarily funded by Pharaohs Foundation, Inc., a tax-exempt nonprofit corporation organized as a charitable organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions to the foundation are used to fund the National Pharaohs Society, Inc. and other charitable causes that impact the communities in which we have chapters. All donations to Pharaohs Foundation, Inc. are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law.
